NC fix the boards so we can post on the official site. Relaying us to this site and ignoring our posts is BS.
Difficultly in restoring the board to the payment system is BS, what kind of half ass retards for programmers do you employ if they can't even make a basic system. Especially one designed to be the only true communication and support gathering method for feedback and change. If ur programmers worked for me I'd have canned their asses by now and kicked you all off for employing them in the first place.
I can understand the guy who originally did it left, but it can't be that hard to get an replacement or a contractor to fix it. It's been months, while our calls here on lineageone go unanswered and Fracas bows to the moronic demands on the official boards.
Apparently some people can still be employed even through massive incompetence.

Fracas and Crickete read our posts here. so i dont know what ur complaining about. there is a whole lot of problems with the main boards that they cant fix when lineage and NCSOFT merged. as far as anyone knows they cant find a way to open the boards for registration.

Also they have no real responsibility to ever respond to threads posted here, unlike official boards where, because of their direct association to the company, must respond to high levels of demand or argument.

NCsoft has always owned Lineage, there was no merge hehe. What you are referring to was when Lineage 1 Integrated into PlayNC with the rest of the NCsoft games.
To OP -
They are working to restore the boards to the best of their current abilities with their limited staff. Instead of throwing up another half ass fix to the boards they are holding out till they get it right. Yes, Fracas and Crickette read these boards and take into account everything said here. If you feel they are ignoring the posters here, well I assure you that at this moment in time they are ignoring the main boards equally. (Just take a look and see for yourself.) They are very busy with Episode 6. They have stated they will be somewhat MIA on the boards. All we can do is sit back and accept it. A fix is coming. I cant wait for it. I would love to see the main boards have 10x the posters as now... And we will get it.

A bit harsh but I have to agree. Its kinda duffy not being able to comment on posts on the Linage.com boards. They want the card number from me that I used 7 years ago - LOL - not even my bank kept it that long.
the problem i have with it
the problem i have with it is that this site goes down for weeks at a time. I wasnt able to connect for a month. than 1 week i was able, than 3 weeks i couldnt connect up until a couple days ago. Not just from my house but from different cities as well. I do believe they check these boards when they get a chance. Not much less than they check the official ones. But i just cant get on this damn site.
The biggest problem with that too is that it always happens when they make some really stupid moronic update like the recent removing of the message boards. Its like the site goes dwn on purpose so that nobody can complain.

actually its not just him, the dns for this site is always broken. there are parts of the US that cannot access this IP for weeks at a time.
Nc is pure lazy, the problem with the boards is less then an hour job. its not that they are short handed
its that they do not want the entire population on the boards..
Fracas is too weak for his position and is overwhelmed by his job, Cricket has proven herself a liar
on several occasions. I am positive i will be banned from this forum after this post, as it seems every time someone states the truth about anyone from NC your site ban's them..

Okay, if you think you know what the problem is then go to NCA and offer to fix it for free since it will only take an hour :).
I have been following the main boards for sometime now (several years), granted I recently returned, but I have not seen them lie on purpose. I have seen them (moderators in general) post in error then correct themselves later, that is not lying. I do agree that Fracas is probably overwhelmed with the Episode 6 content, but I also give people the benefit of the doubt by believing that they are truely working on Episode 6 and getting the message boards functioning once again.

I have never had log in
I have never had log in problems but a couple of times i have tried to post and my post just disappears.
I get message saying that I did post but there is nothing there when I view the thread. I dont care about official boards right now. As long as Fracas and his team move forward on ep6 and events and fixes...
For Fracas- For the love of god pretty please update the Mac client. We want the cool character select screen and all the new music that pc folks get. I am sure there are other details but I haven't played the pc client that much.

I could care less about most of the junk thats on the PC client that isnt on the Mac client... The selection screens, the stupid green highlight text, the line spacing on things like poly list... I dont want those things... They get in the way in my opinion.
The only thing about the mac client that effects me daily that I really want to see fixed is the slower swing/walk/cast etc speeds. I am so tired of being about 10% slower than everyone else...

Additionally there are privacy issues, due to old and current peronal data of thousands of players.

Ok I have waited long enough for NC to fix the boards so I i'll ask Fracas here wth is up with the official boards? As a company how is it possible that you can ignore your own site & take up residence here ?? I am one of the many you see as visitors evey single day that wish to put there input to the boards yet for some bizzare reason cannot. You give me this forum to get to you which I ask you how can you sit there & allow this to still take place ?? This is a fansite and this is the last post I will post here for OFFICIAL message board infomation. Get your act together please !!! Remeber that we pay to play this game and we deserve better than some lame excuse why the boards don't work. You have no idea how frustrated I am to read the same old crap from the same old board members. Now that I have this out of the way I will ask someone who has the special privledge to the real boards to please post this on the REAL message boards for me please ^^ I thank you all for your time

A board fix is LONG overdue and its pathetic it hasnt come yet. There is abslutley no excuse in the world that makes it ok. I PAY to play....fix the damn boards!!! wtf am i paying for?? If you are too stupid to fix them and cant afford to pay others to do it for you then revert to the old style of boards where we can at least register and be heard!! Seriously idk who the hell runs things over there but your lineage dept is a JOKE..i hope for the companys sake that your customer support doesnt suck as badly in every other game as lineage.
