Hello,
30 minutes ago, my character had 593 million adena on his character. A pledge friend of mine - ******** - decided to pay off his debt of 15 million. This brought me up to 608 million. A bit later, the pledge decided to go hunt TOI 70fl. So I come along, take out potions and a 11fl scroll. I teled to 11fl TOI, restarted and made my way to pad to tele up. I checked inventory and I see all my adena is gone.
I checked storage and blood pledge storage, and it isn't there. I restarted the computer, thinking it was a glitch, but it's still gone.
I restarted only once the whole time (while in TOI), so maybe that triggered some sort of bug. It's the first time ever that I have more than 600 mil adena. Maybe it's a cap or something.
Prior to the adena loss, I hunted some Tower of Shadows and TOI 41 floor. I picked up 4 Ebony wands out of blood pledge storage and took 61k silver arrows on the floor near gludin dwarf and stored them in my personal storage.
So can you please help me out?

It was warned ages ago when it happend to not exceed 600m, anycase maybe nc restore it.. maybe they dont... people were warned on forums and global on loa and ken for sure.
It has happend a few times. And ya u might get it back if you talk to the right ppl at nc, not the female pensil pushers at Support staff, you need demand contact with the Support Staff Manager.
Else you will not get any help, simple as that, and asking others to complain about it will just result in a ban or block or nothing... will get you nowhere.

1st warning on the message boards is lame as most of the lineage players cannot even make an account to post anything so why should they go read? Unless it is a repeating message in game then it means nothing. This is going to happen more and more as lineage goes on the higher levels all need much more Adena to buy anything to get what they want.

Nc never seems to care all they tell you to do is tuff it out, but your friend needs to keep in mind that they are required to help him so one way or the other it will most likely be resolved..... as for a time frame who knows =(

Where in that support ticket do they say they are unwilling to help? Looks to me like it is following the proper channels and will be sorted out soon (one way or the other obviously).
No offense, and you are probably telling the truth, but if they don't give things back in cases like this, it is because they are damn sure it was ill-gotten or you actually "spent" it by dropping it on the ground or something. They may not be very transparent about their process, but I assure you they do not take things like this lightly.
They do take the holidays off too ya know...

Still to me seems something more then I moved your ticket to someone different to work on should have been done by now. Your telling me it took a week to say oh wrong person I move to a new one!

If you want to know how useless the rest is,.. ill tell you a little story of ONE of the 50 times i delt with Support..

Im leveling my Knight on a new account for some time, very awesome gear as i made money on 43F TOi using mage back then, anyways many ppl knew of my gear due Blog Posts, and somehow someday my account gets Locked down, and NC tell me someone claim the account is theirs........ Im like WTF going on here u know.. and i send in account info and NC say, other person send in info too... im like WTF ..
NC Tells me to sort it out with this person "me talk to the hijacker".... well NC as hopeless as always.. i try.. but i have a friend "lawyer" have a chat with this guy as i also didn't have "Yahoo Messenger" ,
the guy out in all daylight starts to BLACKMAIL us, wants half my items to tell NC its my account..
But after some time i guess the guy realize we ain't playing games with him and will pursue this off game legally. he disappears.
Yet the point to the story is.. Someone unknown im guessing hacked my computer thanks to IP from old Blog, and obtained what he needed. Then went to NC and attempted to Hijack my account or lock it down in a dispute and try blackmail me. The big picture here is.. what did NC do.
"You have to sort this out yourself with the person pretending to be you, ID Theft, Fraud is just too hard for us to deal with"
Hence i was writing from the email i had used for both accounts "support" for the past years.
This is why i do not think NC is fit to run MMORPGs.
