This mop is located on the 2nd level of the level 50 quest. They are similar in apperance to a Necro. There are blue, red and white ones. Knight should kill the red, elf kills the blue (weak to water), and mage kills the white (weak to earth). You do not have to kill these mops, just if they get in your way.
