I would not read too much into it. He was probably in the middle of something, perhaps helping someone else with a bot problem. As for the harsh language ... it could have simply been someone who does not speak English as a first language and didn't realize the tone that choice of words would convey.

That said ... hopefully NC will see this and help him realize that a more tactful approach might serve him or her better down the road.

definately bring it up to support. there is no need for that kind of treatment. we pay them, remember.

TOO MUCH POWER NC has in US.

I have had that happen a few times and each time the monitor was talking to a different person that he meant to have that whisper go to. I bet he just never noticed it was the wrong chat and mistook you for a different person.

wowza haha monitor pwnage!? nahh probably was talking to someone else who was talking a lil loud if you catch my meaning, like a few weeks ago when a monitor talking about server reset used that chat to talk to someone about getting a job at nc lol idk if he knew he was or not =)
