I Missed The Elixir EVENT!!!

Ok, I've looked on these forums for an answer to this question with no real luck...maybe someone knows....Will I be able to get an elixir that everyone else got?.....keep in mind i have had my account since day 1 of loa and even before that...my account has only been inactive for a few periods of time...why the hell would they make an elixir event...at least freaking email me....anyhoo if anyone knows if it will be at all possible to get one.....let me know! Thx.

you will not be able to get an elixer. At the start of the event you get 2 sets of tokens one for the elixer and the other for the purchase of an item. Because they were tokens to turn in and not the item itself and those tokens were removed after the event the opportunity that you had to trade in your "coupon" has expired. its stated with every event that all tokens and event items will be removed at the conclusion of the event. if you are inactive you cant trade in your token.
