ok ive heard about some new lastabad place with sick exp for quite some time now, i know lots of high levels who hunt there on loa and some korean named samurai botted there all last test, but where exactly is it? some people say its past the 2nd flr of TOS and others say its in pi. i cant find anything on map so please help me out

Take Boat to PI. Teleport
Take Boat to PI.
Teleport to Elemental Ruins through Teleport Pad on surface or PI, or walking through to 4th flr PI caves.
Teleport to Abyss Lake.
Hit Escape Scroll -> Land in Recluse Village.
Use Scroll of Return to Resistance Village inside Recluse.
Walk about 20 screens east of Resistance Village to Front gate of Lastavard.
Proceed through labyrinth of gatekeepers and gates to the second floor of Lastavard.
Begin quest of uber exp'ness.
Lastavard 2f is the place of high exp you mention.
It is best for tanks that have a heal slave. Small teams of 2-3. Or solo level 50+ mages and elves (NB elf does best due to longevity).
It will take at least 2 people (or 1 tank and heal slave) to get to 2nd flr, or a multi summon int mage. Come fully stocked to stay a long time, because its a long trip back to restock.
Yes the place of uberness exists. Unfortunately you found out about it about 1 year to late =/ It will be altered greatly soon.

ok i made it to the 1st floor meeting room, its sweet o.o i geuss once the gk respawns i will keep moving up. first room is decent exp, great for aoe with summons, i went to the room to the left and those mops had a little more mr/ac

As a level 52 mage, you will only find a couple of rooms to be of interest to you without a tank there helping you.
The first floor meeting room, with Black Tigers and Tamer guys... You can mass kill this room for over 1% an hr. Note: you will get teled out every 30minutes unless you know how to avoid it... As a Lastavard newbie (=P) I would just plan to get teled out every 30minutes and have to walk back in. Its a short walk.
Their is nothing worth 'hunting' the rest of the way to 2nd floor. Each room after that has another timer set allotting you between 15 and 25minutes to advance to the next room.
As a solo level 52 mage, chances are you will not be able to kill either of the two 'bosses' that are required to advance to second floor. Dark Fencer and Sinclair. Two mages can do it, however. If you are on LOA, chances are you can tag a long with another group as they go to 2f. On Dep, maybe there are nice people there to help you advance through if you ask. If you are on Ken, give me a whisper and I can give you a tour.
On second floor you will find a room of ultimate uberness... This is the one that mages love the most. A screenshot of which is available in the level up post Feb 16th on my blog. It is where I am currently leveling my mage. Exp can be made beyond 2% an hour here. Further along into 2nd floor is the infamous 'Laias room', where tanks are capable of 2% an hour with a healer.

I have never done it on mage, so I am not sure how they get passed Fencer and Sinclair. I would assume, you take 2-4 Dire wolves, and just Blind the boss and let the dires kill them, Firewalling if you want.. Keep blind up and they just stand there and die. If blind doesnt work on them, you can try just tanking them and using summons and firewall to do the damage. I would not expect to be able to do it solo as 52 mage.
Teranus, I believe, can be killed to open the very first gate if the keeper isnt up. I think? There is another DE boss outside there too, named Zyrus. I always just run past and ignore him.
It takes my knight about 2minutes to kill either of Sinclair/Fencer as solo damage dealer. They both have HP above 10k, but little to no regen.
I use 200mp worth of Tornado and finish with EQ. Always Ith first.

Quick question. I am a 49 con elf with -61ac and 22 dex buffed. Is it worth and or possible for me to hunt Lastavard. I have made one trip before but there was a huge group going with me so I did not get a feel for the area. I tried RV and found it frustrating compared to 34f. T-arrow and RV dont mix well lol. So yeah i usaullay level on 34f and need a new spot.

Short answer, no. It wont be worthwhile. You will spend more time on restock trips and waiting for gatekeepers than you will leveling. As a level 49 elf you are not self dependent enough to last for more than a couple hours on 2nd floor.
