First I would like to thank everyone that tried to open Diad for the server in Ken Server March 1st 2008
All that were there saw that it was a big disaster
I have been at Diad a few times and have taken it with not too much difficulty
We had a few first timers this time so the spawn grew out of control and we had
MANY, MANY deaths
Not to make anyone feel bad I stayed till I died as well
I decided after that to make this little walk-through so all of us can be on the same page and know where we should be.
If everyone follows this you can take diad in as little at 10-15 minutes and the server can enjoy safe passage to Resistance.
Well Here goes.....
This is the Diad Fortress Front Gate and inside. (The Target)
First after declaring 3 teams should be made. One at each one of the Diad Gates.
We can call them Left Team, Center team , and Right Team to make it easy
Each team should have at the minimum
2-3 tanks (The less tanks there are the Higher level they should be)
1 NB elf (What can I say.. NB Elves rule and are great healers)
1 Mage (Buffs and assist healing. Prob heal NB while NB B2S)
When the command is given all three teams at the same time should begin hitting their gates till the gates are down. This could take up to a minute. You might also see the door begin to break and repair itself. This is because the doors are not balanced. Watch global while you do this there could be a call for stopping. Mages should try to ITH tanks if they can. Diad fortress will attack with flaming arrows at all in the siege zone. Also mops can hit the tanks through the doors.
When the doors fall EVERYONE return to center gate. That means Left Gate Team and Right Gate Team go to CENTER GATE (ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FORTRESS) DO NOT ENTER THE FORTRESS FROM LEFT OR RIGHT GATES!!!!!
Everyone meet at center gates and go in together. Tanks first then healers.
Mages should have summonses available to help kill defending mops.
EVERYONE STAY ON THE ROCK PATH!!!!
If you see the image you should stay on the path within the marked lines...
About Midway to the tower the Diad Bosses will appear. They look just like Dark Elf Generals
They are named BARAS and KUNOS
They MUST be killed before attempting to knock down Tower.
REMEMBER STAY ON PATH!!
If you go off path you will make Mops spawn and can easily be overrun...
After Killing Baras And Kunos keep going up path to tower
When you reach tower stay around tower. Do not run around or you will make unnecessary spawn.
Defend the BP that has declared. They will concentrated everything they have on tower till it falls.
REMEMBER!
The royal taking Diad must grab crown after tower is broken UNPOLIED!
DEFEND THAT ROYAL!!!!
Diad Siege is Once every 4 days at 4pm EST on Ken Server.
Defending Diad is really not an option.
You will lose diad every 4 days and then Retake Diad on the next siege date.
Owning diad does not make the owning royal any money
Only A Successful defense pays the owning bp
A successful defense (to my knowledge) has NEVER been done.

BTW/FYI = Bots been growing
BTW/FYI = Bots been growing in numbers in Resistance and it's not for SoE or Lastavard.
It can ONLY be to make Return to Resistance scrolls because the mops "they" (bots/cheats/hackers etc)hunt, are fangs, pouches.... ingredience as that is what/where/why I hunt that area for Return scrolls for my BP hunts.
(and the rare HW, Mass slow or BW SB's muahahahaha!) (then there's the meat and mole leather but that's a whole diff story ^.^)
Anyway, I see the Return scrolls being sold for close to 2m and some over.
Let's NOT support the bots/cheats/hacker.
Let's help Betrayed's The 300 BP and ALL those Royals who try to OPEN DIAD FOR ALL OF US.

I had to take time off to deal with real life issues. I have been doing lineage research during my absence and have learned allot.
Keeping resistance free for the server is a good thing. Remember it's only open (when it is opened) on a 4 day rotating schedule. That is 4 days open and 4 days closed. This still leaves 4 days to sell your resistance scrolls. Also when more people hunt resistance and lastavard this produces a larger hunting area for people to go to thus leaving regular areas less populated. Also the high levels that want to run to 2nd and 3rd floor lastavard and hunt the really good items for themselves or to sell can do so on a moments notice. Having another place to hunt that you can get to easily is a good thing and helps in the wait for episode 6 (or 6-2, or U or whatever it's gonna be called here)
I hope pledges take advantage of opening diad. The owning bp's royal gets a cool spinning crown and the members of the bp that own it get to use a return to bp house scroll to go straight to the mineral dungeon then it's a short run to the teleporter.

If you can farm lastabad dungeon. That is the dungeon below windawood for diad scroll pcs. At the main entrance to the dungeon at the bottom of the stairs there is an npc that withh trade 5 diad scroll pcs for a diad teleport scroll. This will save you the time of taking the walk down there. If you don't have this scroll you have to walk through the lastabad dungeon (4 floors) to get to the front gates of diad fortress.
If you are a delared royal you can walk inside the flags after decalring and summon your bp members into the siege zone like any other siege.
Royals:
Bring your bp.. lol
Well carry. Essence, clears, twigs and if you and at least 1 unbreakable weapon or whets
The gate breaks weapons
Knight:
Clears, braves, twigs and at least 1 unbreakable weapon or whets
The gate breaks weapons
Elf:
