sounds like 1% xp per hour can be done easier now? instead of the old 1% every 3hrs?

Question 5: 1% an hour is average for most power levelers. Its possible to do more. And even in old places like FV/DVC you can still manage 1% in under 2 hours.

TOS 1f with mailbreaker ^^
TOS 1f with mailbreaker ^^ have someone hold a spot and run in a stack of 2000~4000 ojs or so, and jus hunt for 3-7 hours, you'll make decent money on frags/BBS build karma and get good xp, beats 31+ as you get karma, better money, and slightly faster XP, only hard part is getting a corner (at least on loa).
if you get a corner and stock it with pots, you can carry like 25~50 ojs only on you, regen HP save a couple pots, but more importantly regen MP and keep str/dex on yourself with HOM:P/S and use a SLS for a little faster killing speed than mailbreaker, although mailbreaker works fine, I used mailbreaker in TOS 'til lv55.
