NCsoft released First Quarter 2008 Financial Results.
Lineage II reached a high since 2003 and makes 43% of NCsoft's sales per game title, 35% with Linage 1, 12% Guild Wars and 7% with City of Heros.
However, Lineage 1 is still almost unknown in Europe and USA but those who know it - love it :)

I would rather know how much they lose due to bots.
With bots people reach their goals MUCH faster and there is not much to keep someone with a lvl 75 char and all uber items playing for a long time, so is the end they lose money and further reputation.
It really looks like NC doesn't ban bot accounts - at least they should ban them from the server the bot was running on... -.-

Because they waste millions
Because they waste millions to create nonsense titles and try to push them instead of making existing titles better. Blizzard is the best example for a rock solid strategie with makes both happy - gamers and the company but you can take any successfull gaming company, long time quality is the key!
NCsoft completly ignores this fact for the international market- for different reasons, one is that the 'father' of Lineage is no longer working for NCsoft and his replacement wants to push his own titles and has no 'love' for NCsofts hit-titles - bad for us becuase he is responsible for the US and European market. This can quickly lead to NCsofts ruin, standing there with no good title and without good reputation in the gaming community.

Lineage is the NC cash cow... other titles have been moderatly sucessful in US (CoH/CoV/GuildWars), but nothing compared to what lineage/lineage2 is in korea, its a real shame they don't extend more effort into maintaining them in US, as they would likly grow in popularity very fast, as the actual games are works of art, their only real downfall is the poor support in US.
