Anyone know how long NC investigates people who have a ticket opened against them?
I opened a ticket against some ppl who share account and sell adena, and 3 days later they vanished for exactly 1 week... wondering if they were temp-banned or got warned from their ppl in NC support... I would think it the former, but when I opened the ticket, my first line was 'Please pass onto senior support' and one of the douch peons gave the cookie-cutter answer to any ticket you open, so I had to post a reply again to please pass onto senior support before it finally went to them, so I think its proably more likly their person in NC tried to stop ticket before it went to get investigated, and then when it did, gave warning to them so they would know not to log in for a week....

Can't say but I do believe one of the bigger bot/seller rings is part of NCSupport staff? I am going to try next time start the ticket off with a higher up then post the information about a bot and see if it gets handled different.

that is a blantant connection to the corruption and lack of caring that is also a disease withing the body of NCI and their supporting structures.
a number of the accused ingame have intimaed their connection to monitors and their networks.
if NCI cannot police their own they will never get the respect and trust they desire.
Might be time for me to get another life.

Yeah, contacting NC Support has become something of an "inside joke" to those of us who actually play these games and have ever used Lack-O-Support more than once.
And Lyzria wonders why Lineage boards keep having "No you can't say that!" posts...
Might it have something to do with the people ruining this game operating under the same "roof" as the people who are supposed to keep it running clean?

Yep, I was there. After he reported these people we went to 100f to check Grim which is where one of the farmers sits 24/7. The guy followed Pyroamos around for like 10 minutes until he was near spirits and began cancelling him and slowing. The babo did not know I was there, so once i detected myself he basically abs and ran away. So... better watch out if you notify NC of adena sellers, because most likely they are part of the NC support staff and will begin hitting you for reporting them. Maybe I should just quit my job, and play lineage professionally so I can keep up with the times...

No matter how you look at it this is just straight messed up! I have /accused these same people and then all a sudden been hit or whispered by them. Followed shortly after with a Whisper from a Monitor to leave people alone hmmmzzzzzz.
This has to be breaking some kind of laws somewhere I would imagin??

Take the SS of it all and ask for Lead GM on support then give them that info ~_~ for that much it does work. I have seen some GM's I sent info on before with a few pledge mates and I no longer see that monitor number used at all. Might just be chance but still odd that few weeks later the monitor stop logging on and the issue shortly went away.

Indeed, I'm not happy with NC-Support but I really doubt that they work together with botters.
I noticed something, whenever I accuse a bot it doesn't take long and I get a 'human reaction', like a smile or hi or getting mops dragged on me! I think the GM whispers the bot shortly after I accused it (with the usual bot-check dialog) but because most bots are monitored (means, someone is always near the computer on which the bot is running on and if something unusual happens he/she jumps to the keyboard and reacts to the GM's whisper to prevent being banned. The bot programs have advanced with alert systems (whisper, named players near, etc.), hunting time settings and and and...
The current approach of NC to catch the bots is insufficient. Additional checks are required to identify bots, e.g. keep track of all trades, track online time, check walk-speed, spell-delays, buffs (brave,wafer, etc.) logically - all that requires improved server-side code.
