Dark Elf builds

Well, I have on my account 2 Dark Elves at the moment.

One is 18dex/18str/11 wis, he is level 32. The other is 13 Strength, 16 Dexterity, 18 Wisdom, he is level 20.

I was wondering what the best build is for a dark elf and if I should continue either character or totally create them new.

I won't be playing them much really, but I want to delete some characters off of my account. Thanks all.
