Even 10 months after the Jindo Puppy and Tiger pets have been introduced there is still no successful tame on Ken. A few days ago I found my 5th Jindo Puppy - failed to tame it again (this time a lvl 72 CHA mage tried it). I've heard of many other unsuccessful tame attempts - time to share some facts about Jindo Puppies....
Jindo Puppy
Level: 5
HP: 30 / 5HP regeneration every 5 secs!
Minimum CHA requirement: 18 CHA to tame
Maximum tame attempts: 149 (full after 149 eye-meats)
Tame with: Floating Eye-Meat
The 5HP regen every 5 seconds makes it tough to tame. Usually a hit without a weapon does 1-2 dmg, unmorphed and hasted you can do around 5 hits every 5 secs - thats 5-10hp dmg - so you need to punch it often and quickly because you'll not be able to tame it if Jindo's HP is higher than approx. 5HP!
There is a rumor that CHA elven have the highest chance to tame it - not sure if this is true but I can confirm that high CHA royals and mages all failed so far.
I hope this info helps to tame a Jindo Puppy someday. If you know anything else, e.g. exact hits, feel free to post it.

Giran area, Aden area, Heine area, Pirate Island, Forgotten Island - that's where I found them, usually while doing my 'waste my mana with random tele' thing. A friend found one on Talking Island too.
Tigers only spawn in upper PI-area - almost same stats, except they have 40HP, same regen and even harder to tame...

I can't even claim to have seen either of them...aside from a "tamed" Jindo puppy around town once (via spell that is).

It does not seem right that they can not be tamed. I have only seen them tamed via magic and that's sad .... little sweet thing only lives an hour.
I found one in Heine and we tried but failed with an elf with high char. Just seems wrong :/

I've talked to people who
I've talked to people who play on korean server and they told me that no one was able to tame a Jindo there too. The only I have seen was in a vid (korean) but it was on test-server.
So far I've witness 5 Jindo tame attempts:
1. Level 49 Prince - 21 CHA: failed
2. Level 70+ Mage - 34 CHA: failed
3. Level 70+ Mage - 34 CHA: failed
4. Level 55 Mage - 27 CHA: failed
5. Level 70+ Mage - 33 CHA: failed
Other tries I know of: Lvl 48 Elf - 21 CHA - failed, more high lvl full CHA mages - all failed!
I think Jesy is right, there is something wrong with Jindo. I'll ask Lyzira if she can look into this issue.

this kind of news disgust me. i've seen 3 tigers and at least 6 jindos. none tamed. im lvl 60 charisma royal. with items, i can get up to 23 charisma and i thought i had a chance. i guess the joke was on me.
people say these mops are only tamable with eyemeat at 1 hp and a charisma of 20 and better. ive been intouch with the tamed tiger (evolved) guy from youtube. he pretty much confirmed this. but yea....

Its the high jundo that you
Its the high jundo that you really want. Has a attack that hits 3 times per use. It is a good tame... next in line is the Tiger.
