TOI Charm Bug Resolved

It's the same bug as the one for adding stat points...the dialog asking you if you want to unseal it doesn't show up. Or at least it doesn't on my Mac. So double click the charm and type, "y" and then you're good to go.

Thanks for the folks on NC's boards who figured that one out, not monitorXX who told me to ask people in the game for help...
