Yesterday the upcoming event has been published on Test-Server. Enough reason to give it try to see what it is about :)

I already gave all my stuff away on Test but with 50k left and an ALA from Sk8 I was quickly back in game. First check point was Oren where I bought my Santa items (10k each). They give -8AC each, +1 DEX, +1 INT (per ring - and I could wear 2 rings!), +1 STR, weight reduction, plenty HP/MP :) Awesome set!

Orc Hunter

After that I hunted event mops who spawn on mainland. There are 2 types: Abominable Snowmen (looks like an Yeti) which drops socks and dies with 1 hit. The other is VERY hard to find and stronger (took me 3-4 mins to end it with a +6 hbow and Ori-Arrows)  than the snowmen: Orc Hunter 

I've hunted around 16 hours all in all on Test-Server and only was able to find 1 Orc Hunter (100-200 Snowmen in this time).

I got 263k and 3 Rudolf's Antlers which I gave back to the Sad Rudolf at Giran X and in return he gave me 3 Rudolf's Pouches which gave me 3 Rudolf's Crests. The crest is required to get the special buff in the 2nd week of the event.

Socks gave me (in order of drop rate - ratest at the end of the list):

I hope they'll change the drop list for live server or the Mambo Coat price will be down for a long time. Instead or coats they should give Silver Cloaks or something that people will blow up, so the market can recover by time.
