Current Best leveing spots

OK I am looking from the best spots to level up a Tank with a heal slave (out of party)

So where should my level 65 noob DE be going to get the best exp in game. I am looing just for EXP do not care about drops. But if there is a pot with great drops that works too!

Tos 2f with heal slave. be careful where you put ur slave sometimes the heal slave gets attacked for no apparent reason.

40f is still very good,

40f is still very good, espeachally since it is often empty now... with a out of party heal slave you can pull 2~2.5%/hr there if noone else is there, mobs have migrated and you keep the spawn in 1 area.
