Following an exclusive interview with NC Korea's GMs Yllaw & HcusOn, we're able to reveal the following new content, which focuses on improving the currently neglected Forgotten Island... Very Briefly:
Item Changes
- Ancient Leather Armor is now made of Leather - and can be safely enchanted to +4. The weight has also been reduced to 80.
- Ancient Scale Mail is now made of gemstone - and can be safely enchanted to +6.
- Ancient Plate Mail now has added damage reduction and 5% MR - can be enchanted, but not safely (made of bone).
New Items
- Ancient Scroll Of Enchant Armor - Can be used to EITHER enchant Ancient items by +1 OR safely over-enchant a normal item at +4 (+6 for elf)
- Scroll Of Destroy Armor - Not a new item, but it has been re-added. Now it can be used to "curse" an Ancient Scroll of Enchant Armor or NZEL (making it remove -1 ac when used)
- Scroll Of Eternity - This can be used to "bless" an Ancient ZEL or NZEL
- Puedam's Pouch - I'm not sure if this item wlll make it to NA, but it basically lets you store up to 6 potions inside it, reducing their weight (like our "bag girl")
ToI Changes
- 1F scrolls have been re-added to the game, as well as "rest floor" (5F, etc.) scrolls for each stage. ToI scrolls must now be used inside ToI. Charms can now be used from anywhere in the game.
- Adena/Cash drops have been re-added throughout the tower.
- Medusa's will now spawn occaisionally on the 1st floor of the tower.
Heine Dungeon Change
- You can now walk underwater all the way to forgotten island docks via a series of underwater caves.
Puedam Island
Puedam consists of four parts:
- Toidi Plateau - Accessible via boat from the Forgotten Island dock. Tickets can be purchased from NPC Toidi for @20,000 each
- Dark Fort Cavern - A passageway from Toidi Plateau to Parc Sel, consisting of 5 floors
- Parc Seil - Accessible via the Dark Fort Cavern, which may become the home land of the Orc character class.
- Gib Seil Mountain - Accessible via the 3rd floor of the Dark Fort Cavern and the far north of Parc Seil.

Am i reading that wrong or will those scrolls oe items safe +7 and above for elf and +5 and above for normal?

the forgotten island changes look interesting. i would love to see a 2nd island added for higher levels.
great job on the early peek at future changes. i hope we can get a closer window of publish, and a better flow of information/translation for the na market.

Hehe, now you gave the final hint! Most people don't know that the 'Ancient Magic Scroll' obtainable in Giant Grave can be used to enchant all Ancient Armors already =) That's how I made my +4 ALA! I blew up a few in the try for a +5 but no luck so far, need more Ancient Magic Scrolls...
