LOA will dominate simply because they have more people voting. =)

They won last year too.

The number of votes should some how correspond to the number of average online players for that server.

If a Ken person gets 10 votes, since they are 1/10 the server size of that of LOA, it should be equivalent to 100 votes! =P

LOA also has more bots... no way to determine the number of "live" players.

I would like to read what was submitted for the players to help us decide on it. From what I understand how this one works it is messed up. If I had know its how many players ubmit the same name and not the reason why then I would have sumbited my friends also. I left it with one person in the Bp that could wright good.

I really think Fantasma shouldnt even be in this contest. He is not what the player of the year represents at all. He barely even plays, hes in a pledge with bots and hackers and that pledge actually helps other bots and hackers just so they can help his bp fight their enemy. Fantasma himself befor this pledge was in a very well known bot pledge with 3-4 chars that the entire server hated and even Fantasma didnt like but he helped them fight just to get back at his enemy. That bp eventually got banned (wetakinover). He also shares his mage account.

Nothing against him personally but this is definately not what the player of the year is about. If he wins this contest, than it is the stupidest contest ever and you will be giving free lineage to a player that actually helps bots during the little time that he plays anyways.

chief fant was never in wetakinover he was in pride then after pride disbanned he was in 300 till hc started 2 help and hc doesnt have bots dunno about hackers almost every big fighting bp will have them. Fant is on every day for hours u really dont know much about him do u.

were is Betray??? Fantasma nominate past year, we need Betray, but for now vote for Fantasta. :)

Of all though, there was a legitimate question voiced by a couple people. Are the votes tallied and weighed relative to the size of their server population? Obviously people on LoA are unlikely to vote for anyone on Dep or Ken and vice versa. However, the far larger population on LoA gives those nominated from the server a far greater voting pool to draw from.

Just curious how that was handled.

(Though I will admit to not voting in this category simply because I haven't spent any time hunting or hanging out with any of the DEs given, no offense intended. I don't vote simply because of name recognition...cause I do "know of" all of you)

well i didnt vote for l3g3nd on loa coz i just recently was informed i was involved in this nomination after hes vote ended, but id have voted on him as hes a friend. else ive voted on actualy all KEN players from what i heard about them.. and i know others of loa voting ken and dep.. so yeah i dont agree.

and i bet i got a pile of Votes from KEN if much of the old buddies still play.

Votes are logged either by player name or IP address, so if Roo chooses, he can sort out duplicates in that manner and discard votes from duplicates.

Even though i am honored that i got chosen for this, i would like to be removed from the voting and all my votes to go to Tikie or to Soomy. Thanks for the ones that did vote for me , but i feel i dont deserve this honor at all.. Thank yall and good luck

for all the things ppl say about fant he is an excellent player, you would be hard pressed to find a more skilled DE on loa in terms of pvp
we may not get along so well anymore, but i respect his ability and his dedication

Pride has been up and down for a long time now, and im sure very few people from the old days of loa(who fight) who havent fought on both sides of any of the major wars, i know i have fought for both sides in at least 3 of the wars

fant hasnt, as far as i know, and you gotta give him props for stickin to his guns, and remember that he was the strongest DE on loa for quite some time before the Betray family started playing
