as with the Dark Cloak, the lowest i've seen a Dark Robe is 250k, making +6 worth 400k and +7 around 1.2m...

that being said, Caz couldn't get an offer on his +7 for more than 800k til i got it for 1m.

many people are trying to sell +0 Dark robes for 300-400k, and i've seen PCs on global for that, as well.
